Free SP From Mars provides just a small taste of the sounds included in the commercial SP 1200 From Mars release (priced at $29 with over 1,500 samples), however it contains more than enough high quality drum and synth one shots to be worth the download. The freebie pack contains 201 samples in total, 65 of which are drum sounds and 136 of which are multi-sampled Korg Polysix, Roland Juno 60 and Yamaha DX100 patches that were resampled from the SP-1200 (the classic FM bass patch from the Yamaha DX100 sounds particularly nice).
